Automatic makeready
Automatic makeready reduces changeover times on the Zenith S considerably. The control system, programmed in the dialog system, sets the industry standard for user-friendliness.The control system automatically adjusts all basic data for the job (size, speed, pressure).

Trimming station
High trim quality is achieved through the right trimming sequence. In the Zenith S, the front trim is made first, followed by the head and foot trim. In the head and foot trim, the trimming movement is made against the book spine. Fine adjustments can be made while the machine is in production.
