Q74 Sheeter

The Q74 is a proven sheeter for the size range from 6 to 30 inches (152 to 762 mm). Thanks to separate servo drives for web feed and trimming, reliable shingle stream formation and guided signature path, it boasts a high level of processing reliability and high trim outputs.

Concise operation
The machine is quick to set up in the integrated control console. Fine corrections can be made to the cut in the middle of a production run via the keyboard.

Format changes
The Q74 sheeter also offers flexibility and variability of size. Thanks to its compact design, it can be moved by one person and used on different machines.

Multifaceted application
The Q74 can be operated in-line and off-line in one-up, two-up or three-up production modes. The product size can be changed over very quickly and ISO formats can also be produced with the optional strip removal facility.
