The SigmaCollator gathers the folded signatures and delivers the accumulated sets to the perfect binder for finishing. The binder adjusts itself for product size automatically and ensures consistent, continuous operation. The system handles individually variable book thicknesses and formats. Product thickness can range from 3 to 40 mm (1/8" - 19/16").
