China Print 2021: The Muller Martini Booth Under the Sign of Smart Factory

Muller Martini will be represented with an interesting stand at China Print 2021, the first major trade show for the graphic arts industry with visitors since the outbreak of the corona pandemic, which will take place in Beijing from June 23 to 27. A Prinova saddle stitcher, an InfiniTrim three-knife trimmer, an EMP 513 casing-in machine and a Pluton palletizer from Solema will be presented live, as well as the Connex workflow system and the MMServices range.

For Sven Olsen, Managing Director Asia/Pacific at Muller Martini, China Print comes at an ideal time. "This is because the Chinese printing industry is currently characterized by a positive dynamic with many discussions around the buzzword Smart Factory with the topics of automation, increased efficiency and digitalization. This offers trade show visitors an ideal opportunity to bring themselves up to date on this and to see live in Beijing what the various machine manufacturers are offering in this segment. Of course, this applies in particular to Muller Martini, because we are fully in line with the Smart Factory trend with our Finishing 4.0 solutions."

The Connex workflow system is the backbone of Smart Factory solutions and is therefore a key topic at the Muller Martini stand at China Print 2021.

Because Connex is the backbone of Smart Factory solutions, it will be a central theme at the Muller Martini stand, according to Sven Olsen. He is also looking forward to seeing how booth visitors react to the EMP 513. "After all, the production of very short, digitally printed runs of hardcover books is also becoming increasingly popular in China. Our book casing-in machine targets exactly this very specific need in the market, for which there are currently not many solutions."
