ZU 805 Gathering Machine – For Folded Signatures and Individual Sheets

With up to 8,000 cycles per hour, the ZU 805 drum gathering machine can be used for both small and large print runs with spine lengths of up to 460 mm and signature separation in non-stop mode. The moderate rotating speed of the drum means signatures are accelerated very gently.

Ergonomic working height

With a working height of 960 mm, the magazine tables are easy to reach, allowing for ergonomic feeding. There are metal surfaces on both sides of the station for jogging the stacks into shape. Each station has a quick clamp that makes it easy to attach the sample sections.
