Fast learning thanks to new interaction
Muller Martini has developed a completely new operating concept for the Primera PRO. Intuitive operation with local operating units and a large touchscreen with redesigned visualization enable context-dependent displays and standardized user guides. The new interaction is therefore particularly easy to learn, which leads to a low training requirement.
Fully automatic three-knife trimmer
One of the highlights of the Primera PRO is its newly designed, variable-thickness three-knife trimmer. Here, too, the Motion Control technology plays out its advantages decisively. Format and thickness adjustment – including asymmetries such as thickness, stops and cutting elements – are fully automated, as is product centering.
Automation lowers costs and guaranties quality
Process optimization ensures perfect quality. Thanks to the targeted expansion of Motion Control technology, fast and error-free set-up processes are guaranteed, and you can sell your first product right away. In addition, the independent decoupling of the gathering chain, stitcher and ejector systems opens up new application possibilities such as the flexible stitching head position for format changes.
